You do not need a huge audience to apply. We value authentic content, loyal communities and real engagement. Exceptional creators may even start at a higher level, and we review every application individually.

There are currently 4 levels available in the BSP Brand Ambassador Program. Each level offers different product benefits, commission options and personal store discounts.
Important: the public customer promo code discount is always 10% for Silver, Gold and Platinum ambassadors. This keeps the program fair and prevents ambassadors from competing with each other based on discount size. The ambassador’s personal store discount grows depending on their level.

No — you do not need a large following to become a BSP ambassador. "Small" here means something very different from what a big global brand looks for: a few hundred to a few thousand genuinely engaged followers is absolutely enough for us.
What matters far more than the number is the quality of your content, how well it's made, and how real your engagement is. A smaller account with strong, well-crafted content and a loyal, engaged community is exactly the kind of creator we want — if that sounds like you, we'd love for you to apply.
The Entry and Silver levels are the usual starting points, but applicants with exceptional content and a strong fit with the BSP brand may be placed at a higher level from the start. BSP reviews every application individually and decides the right starting level case by case
Yes. Every post, Reel, Story or video created as part of the BSP collaboration must clearly show BSP spoke guards.*
*This does not apply to every piece of personal content you create in general. It only applies to content where you promote, show, review or mention BSP products.

This helps us see your content, track collaboration activity and repost approved content on BSP-owned channels when suitable.
Yes. All BSP-related collaboration content — posts, Reels, Stories and videos — must clearly disclose that it is a paid or gifted partnership with BSP. This applies to any content you receive product, payment or other benefits for, and you should treat disclosure as mandatory by default rather than optional.
You are responsible for using the correct disclosure label, hashtag or platform tool for your country and platform, in the local language where needed.
Common examples include #ad, #sponsored, #gifted, "Paid partnership", or in Dutch #reclame or #samenwerking.
Where the platform offers a built-in paid-partnership label, use it in addition to the hashtag.
Yes. After publishing BSP-related content, ambassadors must send a short report by email with links or screenshots of the published posts, Reels or Stories.
This helps BSP track collaboration activity, review performance and confirm that the ambassador conditions are being followed.
All content must be real and created with the actual BSP product.
Fully AI-generated product-use content is not allowed. Basic editing, captions, subtitles, planning tools, color correction and normal content adjustments are allowed.
During the active collaboration period, ambassadors may not publish paid, gifted or sponsored promotional content for direct wheelchair spoke guard, spoke cover or spoke protector competitors.
This applies only to direct competitor promotions connected to spoke guards, spoke covers or spoke protectors.
BSP may repost and reuse approved ambassador content on BSP-owned channels, including BSP social media, the BSP website, email newsletters, organic marketing materials and ambassador program pages.
Paid advertising, whitelisting, sublicensing or third-party commercial use requires separate written approval.
No. Ambassadors are encouraged to share their experience and promote BSP products, but there is no mandatory sales target unless specifically stated as a condition for unlocking extra rewards.
Some ambassador levels include performance-based rewards, but sales are not required to stay in the program unless agreed separately.
Yes. BSP may review, pause, upgrade, downgrade or end a collaboration if the ambassador conditions are not met, if the level of engagement, content quality or brand fit no longer meets BSP expectations, if content is misleading, unsafe or inappropriate, or if the ambassador promotes direct spoke guard competitors.
Any commission that was already approved before the collaboration ends will still be paid out, even if the total is below the normal payout threshold for that level. Final payment is made by bank transfer after the standard verification period.
To keep the program fair for all ambassadors, BSP separates the public customer promo code from the ambassador’s personal store discount.
The public customer promo code is the code ambassadors can share with their audience. It gives customers a discount, tracks sales made through the ambassador and helps calculate ambassador commission.
The ambassador personal store discount is a private discount for the ambassador’s own purchases on bspshop.com. It is not a public customer discount and cannot be shared with customers, followers, friends or family.
The customer discount is always 10% for all ambassador levels that include a public customer promo code.
This means Silver, Gold and Platinum ambassadors all offer the same 10% customer discount. This keeps the program fair and prevents ambassadors from competing with each other based on discount size.

For example, a Silver ambassador's discount can grow from 10% up to 35%, Gold from 15% up to 40%, and Platinum from 20% up to 45%.
On each anniversary of your ambassador start date, you receive €100 in BSP store credit to use on bspshop.com. It can be spent on all BSP products except wheelchairs and can be combined with your personal store discount.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else, and is for your own purchases only.
Commission is calculated on the discounted product price and excludes shipping, taxes, and any cancelled or refunded orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded after the commission was approved or paid, that commission is reversed and deducted from current or future payouts.
BSP also monitors cancellation and refund activity. Repeated or coordinated buy-and-refund behaviour used to inflate commission may result in voided commission and termination of the collaboration.

A giveaway set is a free BSP spoke guard set that you award to someone in your audience through an approved giveaway. Because BSP spoke guards are made to order, the prize is produced specifically for the winner: once the winner is chosen, they provide their wheel size and any required details, and BSP produces and ships the set directly to them.
Giveaway sets may be used only for approved giveaways run during your active collaboration. They cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or kept for personal use unless BSP agrees in writing, and every giveaway must follow the giveaway rules provided by BSP, including how the winner is selected, which regions are eligible and any disclosure required.
Yes. As a BSP ambassador you act as an independent party, not as a BSP employee. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, social contributions or fees that apply to you under the laws of your own country.
This covers commission payments as well as the value of any free or gifted products, giveaway sets or other benefits you receive through the program. BSP pays commission in full by bank transfer and does not withhold or handle tax on your behalf.

A starter evaluation level for wheelchair users and smaller creators who want to try BSP spoke guards and share real content with their audience.
Entry is a trial level, not a long-term ambassador appointment. BSP uses it to evaluate content quality, engagement, consistency and brand fit. You receive a free BSP spoke guard set in exchange for creating and sharing real content during the evaluation period.

Wheelchair users and smaller creators with a loyal, engaged audience, who want to try BSP spoke guards and share real content.
Collaboration Period
1 month initial evaluation period, which BSP may extend month by month up to a maximum of 3 months in total.
After the Entry period, BSP will either offer an upgrade to a higher level or end the collaboration. Neither outcome is guaranteed.

A regular ambassador level for creators who want to promote BSP spoke guards consistently and receive yearly product benefits, a public customer promo code, commission and a personal store discount.

After 12 months of consistent collaboration, BSP may invite you to continue on individual terms or as part of a closed, invitation-only ambassador program. These are offered at BSP's discretion, based on your performance, content quality, engagement and brand fit, and are not guaranteed.
The public customer promo code applies only to eligible BSP spoke guards — not to transparent spoke guards, carbon spoke guards, wheelchairs, or other product categories unless agreed separately.
The customer discount is always 10% for all levels that include a public promo code.
The ambassador personal store discount is for the ambassador's own purchases on bspshop.com, covers all BSP products except wheelchairs, and cannot be shared publicly or used by customers.
Commission is based on the discounted spoke guard price before tax, excluding shipping and taxes. Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify, and any commission already approved or paid on such orders is reversed. Buy-and-refund activity used to inflate commission may void commission and end the collaboration.
Giveaway sets cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or kept for personal use unless BSP agrees in writing.
All BSP-related collaboration content must clearly disclose the partnership (e.g. #ad, #gifted or "Paid partnership"), using the correct label for your country and platform.
All sales, commissions and rewards are subject to confirmation by BSP. BSP may review, adjust, downgrade, pause or end the ambassador level, benefits or terms if conditions are not met.
