Request a Withdrawal or Return
You can use this page to request a withdrawal during the EU cooling-off period or to start a return request for eligible products purchased from Bergh Special Products.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To submit a withdrawal request, please use the button or form below and provide your name, email address and order number. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Before you submit your request
Please check the following before sending your request:
- Your order number is available.
- The request is submitted within the applicable return or withdrawal period.
- The product is unused, complete and suitable for return, unless the issue concerns damage, defect or incorrect delivery.
- You understand that custom-made or clearly personalised products may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. This exclusion is provided under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Custom-made and personalised products
Some products from Bergh Special Products are made to order or personalised according to customer specifications. This may include custom wheelchair spoke guards, custom wheelchair trays, products made to specific measurements, custom prints, personalised designs or products manufactured especially for your order.
These products may not be eligible for withdrawal or return unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
What happens after your request
After we receive your withdrawal or return request, we will review the order details and contact you with the next steps.
If your request is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from us.
Refunds are processed after the returned products have been received and checked, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
