We provide reliable worldwide delivery for all wheelchair accessories, spoke guards, trays, and spare parts.
Order processing: Most orders are confirmed and entered into our production queue within 1 business day after payment is received.
Standard (in-stock) products: Typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom-made orders: All spoke guards and trays are custom-made products, including those listed as "in stock," which are also produced on demand. Frequently ordered items are typically produced within 2–3 business days. Standard production time is around 10 business days and may take up to 14 business days during peak periods.
Delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 1–5 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 10 business days
Carriers: We ship worldwide with trusted partners — PostNL, DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, and Mainfreight (for pallet deliveries). We reserve the right to use another suitable carrier if necessary.
Risk during transit: For consumer purchases (B2C), the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when the goods are physically received, in accordance with Article 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@bspshop.com.
Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Tracking: Tracking information is provided after shipment. Every shipment includes a tracking number for full transparency.

Returns
We aim to ensure the quality of our products and provide a clear return policy.
Return period (standard products): 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Return period (custom products): Non-returnable, subject to a 30-day defect warranty (provided at our discretion) — see below.
Condition (standard returns): Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Process: Contact our support team at info@bspshop.com to request return instructions or submit a defect claim.
Refunds:
- For consumer withdrawal of standard products: refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving notification of withdrawal, in accordance with EU law
- For approved defect claims (custom products): refunds are processed within 10 business days after the claim is accepted

Important notes on custom-made products
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Non-returnable: All customized or personalized products, including printed spoke guards and custom-made trays, are non-returnable in accordance with applicable EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
This applies even to products listed as "in stock," since such products are also produced on demand to consumer specifications.
Defects: If a custom-made product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, remake, or refund after reviewing the claim. Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, with photos and a description of the issue.

For shipping damage in transit:
- If you are a consumer (B2C), the risk of loss or damage in transit lies with us until you physically receive the goods (Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU). Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage, or within 7 days of expected delivery for lost shipments — we will resolve the issue with the carrier.
- If you are a business customer (B2B), claims relating to loss or damage in transit must be addressed directly with the carrier, in accordance with our Terms of Sale B2B.
